Our season runs from September through to April but we welcome new members at any time.
What you get
You get access to the entire annual programme of events; that’s twenty presentations from award-winning photographers, assessment of your work by accredited external judges at our seven internal competitions and our occasional workshops. You also get access to the Society’s sensor scope and monitor calibrator to say nothing of the opportunity to meet scores of like-minded enthusiasts willing to share their knowledge and experience.
How to join
Click here to download our membership form which when complete can be handed in to our membership secretary, David Melville, at the front desk at any of our meetings.
How much does it cost?
Our annual membership subscription, which is due at the start of each season, is currently £45.00 – or £22.50 for students and those under 18 years who must be accompanied at all meetings by a parent or guardian.
If you join after 1 January, you pay half the normal fee for the remainder of the season – that is £22.50 for adults and £11.25 for students and those under 18 years.
How to pay
You can pay by cash or cheque, or by standing order which you can download by clicking here.
